What will you learn in the Life Meditation Series?

inside your own heartThe Life Meditation Series is a 10-week course. Each Class is approximately 75 minutes long. Great for beginners and a newlevel of awareness for those who practice meditation regularly.

 

  1. Free night – Introductory: Meditation: the benefits, the experience, the tools, plus a time for meditation.
  2. Breathing – the experience of several types of breathing and the effects on our body and emotions - plus time for meditation.
  3. Awareness – what it means, how it applies to the moment, how it reflects in a meditation – various ways to apply, meditation time.
  4. Listening Meditation – multiple ways of learning to listen…to sounds, to heartbeat, to others, plus meditation expereince
  5. Earth Mind – how to connect with nature as a form of meditation. (I will bring many samples from outside to inside for an all 5 sensory experience)

  6. Walking – varied types of meditation in movement
  7. Gratefulness – using the act of gratitude as meditation
  8. Savoring – the taste of food, the experience of the meal, the moment of deliciousness in meditation.
  9. Relationship – how to connect with others for an act of meditation. (the use of breath and proximity for connection
  10. Spiritual – practicing the connection of YOU with all that is.

11.  BONUS – The Stillness of Solitude – learning to embrace the quiet, profound moments without the aid of sound.
